The issue of bias is one of universal concern for law enforcement executives, business leaders, and our communities. The unconscious bias training demonstrates to attendees how bias can affect our unconscious mind and decision-making process. Participants in the training will increase their understanding of unconscious bias and learn tactics they can use to reduce personal and organizational bias. The training is delivered in a way that participants are able to leave with some tangible takeaways and some practical tools to begin living a bias free life.
Our unconsicous bias training curriculum meets the requirements under Minnesota State Statutes that require all licensed Peace Officers to receive training on recognizing and valuing community diversity and cultural differences to include Implicit Bias Training.
